Payment arrangements

Send your stay enquiry through our website or contact Reservations. Our team checks your dates and prepares a written quote.

A 50% advance payment is made by bank transfer or bank card as arranged with our team. The remaining 50% is paid on arrival, in cash or by card at the terminal. Your quote sets out availability, the price, the terms and the security guarantee arrangements.

Your booking is confirmed in writing once you have accepted the quote and receipt of your advance payment has been verified.

Cancellation at least 7 calendar days before arrival: the advance payment is refunded. Less than 7 days before arrival: the advance payment is retained and the balance is not charged, subject to the applicable terms.
