Three bedrooms, three atmospheres
Suite Assi, Serena and Oussou accommodate up to six guests. The same premium linen and attention to rest carry through every room.

Suite Assi
The principal suite is centred on a 200 × 220 cm four-poster bed and a bathroom with both a bathtub and walk-in shower. An individual safe is provided.
Bedroom 02
Serena
Original stained glass softly colours the light. Serena has a 140 × 190 cm double bed and an individual safe. It shares a guest bathroom with walk-in shower with Oussou.
Bedroom 03
Oussou
Two premium twin beds, each measuring 90 × 190 cm, may remain separate or be joined, according to the party’s needs.
Spa Lea · The private spa
Spa Lea, your private garden retreat
Conceived as an intimate retreat, Spa Lea brings together the garden corner, private courtyard and six-person jacuzzi. Guests may also use the residence’s shared landscaped pool, subject to its opening hours and rules.
Chjara-Stella · The signature rooftop
Chjara-Stella, under open skies
This private 50 m² rooftop brings together a lounge, dining table, heated jacuzzi and tea corner. Breakfast may be served here depending on the weather and service arrangements; Palais Assi massages and treatments are prepared by advance reservation.

On Chjara-Stella or in the privacy of the air-conditioned Moroccan lounge, the concierge arranges your appointment, individually or as a duo subject to therapist availability. One chef-prepared lunch for selected diners and one 90-minute relaxing massage per selected participant, once during the stay.
Evening beneath the Stars
One chef-prepared dinner for selected diners and one Romance or Birthday setting, once during the stay. Contents are detailed before approval.
The Palais Assi Art of Living
One 4-hour private driver service, one chef-prepared dinner for selected diners and one 60-minute relaxing massage per selected participant, once during the stay.

Before you book
01Is the villa rented by the room?+
No. Villa Assi Prestige is always rented in its entirety to one party.
02How many guests can it accommodate?+
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
03Are parties and events allowed?+
Parties, events and disturbances are not permitted. A private dinner or an intimate celebration for the guests staying at the villa can be arranged on request, respecting the peace of the house. Any outside visitor requires our prior written approval.
04Is breakfast included?+
Yes. A complete signature breakfast, prepared every morning for the villa’s guests, is included.
05Does the villa have a private jacuzzi?+
Yes. Spa Lea brings together a garden corner, private courtyard and six-person jacuzzi. Chjara-Stella, the signature rooftop, has its own jacuzzi. A shared landscaped pool is also available within the residence, subject to its rules.
06Can a massage or treatment be booked on Chjara-Stella?+

07What does concierge service include?+
Stay preparation, assistance and coordination are included. Third-party services — driver beyond the two transfers, chef, treatments, babysitting or experiences — are charged separately after approval.
08How do we stay connected during our stay?+
Wi‑Fi is available at the villa. When you are out in Marrakech, a rechargeable Orange WiFi D’jib mobile hotspot is provided. The concierge remains available throughout the stay.
09Are airport transfers included?+
Yes. One private arrival transfer from Marrakech Menara Airport and one return departure transfer are included at no extra charge. Share your flight times and your party’s luggage details so we can prepare your welcome.
10Can we arrive late at the villa?+
Yes. Check-in starts at 3 pm and late arrivals are welcome at any hour. Simply share your expected time with our team. Arrival before 3 pm remains subject to availability and confirmation.
11How is a booking confirmed?+
Once availability, price and terms are confirmed in writing, a 30% advance payment secures the booking and the balance is due 14 days before arrival. For stays from 20 December 2026 to 4 January 2027, the advance payment is 50% and the balance is due 45 days before arrival.
