01Is the villa rented by the room?+
No. Villa Assi Prestige is always rented in its entirety to one party.
02How many guests can it accommodate?+
The villa accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
03Are parties and events allowed?+
No. Parties, events, undeclared visitors and disturbances are not permitted.
04Is breakfast included?+
Yes. A complete signature breakfast, prepared every morning for the villa’s guests, is included.
05Does the villa have a private pool?+
Yes. The rear courtyard features a heated social pool with submerged seating for six, complemented by a rooftop jacuzzi.
06What does concierge service include?+
Stay preparation, assistance and coordination are included. Third-party services — driver beyond the two transfers, chef, treatments, babysitting or experiences — are charged separately after approval.
07How is a booking confirmed?+
Once availability, the rate and stay terms have been confirmed in writing, the booking is secured by the payment specified in the proposal.
