Controller and purposes

ASSIRENA SARL, registered at Boulevard Moulay Hassan 1er, Immeuble SIBAM, block A, 3e étage, n° 10, Marrakech, is the data controller. Information is used only to answer an enquiry, prepare a stay proposal and provide the requested pre-contractual or contractual follow-up.

Current form

The form stores no information in a website database. When submitted, it prepares a message that you choose to send through WhatsApp or your email application; the chosen service’s own terms then also apply.

Do not send passports, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive data in this initial enquiry.

Data, recipients and retention

• Requested data: name, email, optional telephone, dates, guest count and free-text message.
• Recipients: Palais Assi Collection management and, where needed, its concierge team and strictly relevant providers after your agreement.
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle the request, then according to applicable legal duties if a contract is formed.
