Sending a WhatsApp or email message guarantees neither availability, price nor reservation. A written proposal will state dates, capacity, included services, options and its validity period.

Confirmation

A booking will only be confirmed after acceptance of the communicated terms, an availability check and receipt of the payment or deposit specified in those terms. No payment is requested on this website.

• deposit, balance, security deposit and payment methods;
• cancellation, changes, no-show and force majeure;
• capacity, visitors, residence rules, safety and liability;
• complaint procedure and applicable law.
