Villa Assi Prestige is a fully private luxury villa inspired by the architecture of a Moroccan riad. Arranged around a central patio and set across three levels, it brings together carved woodwork, coloured glass, soft light and contemporary comfort. The villa, Spa Lea, Chjara-Stella and every living space are reserved for one party only; it is never offered by the room.

Original stained glass softly colours the light. Serena has a 140 × 190 cm double bed and an individual safe. It shares a guest bathroom with walk-in shower with Oussou.

In Marrakech
The villa is in the Bou Akkaz area. The exact address and arrival directions are shared with confirmed guests. One arrival and one departure airport transfer are included for your party, according to the stay terms.
Spa Lea and Chjara-Stella are private; the residence pool is shared and subject to its opening hours and rules.

Conceived as an intimate retreat, Spa Lea brings together the garden corner, private courtyard and six-person jacuzzi. Above, Chjara-Stella, the 50 m² signature rooftop, hosts aperitifs and dinner in its lounge, alongside the heated jacuzzi, tea corner and an area dedicated to massages and wellbeing treatments by advance reservation.

Relaxing and hot stone massages, body rituals, facials and beauty treatments create a signature interlude, prepared for you with Botanika Marrakech products. On Chjara-Stella or in the privacy of the air-conditioned Moroccan lounge, the concierge arranges your appointment, individually or as a duo subject to therapist availability.
