Villa Assi Prestige welcomes up to six guests in a fully private Moroccan residence. Three levels, three bedrooms, a central patio, heated plunge pool and rooftop jacuzzi create a stay in which the space and service remain exclusively yours.
What “fully private” actually means
The villa is never sold by the room and no living area is shared with another party. The salon, dining room, patio, rear courtyard and rooftop belong to the same stay from arrival to departure.
This arrangement suits families, couples travelling together and friends who want privacy without giving up attentive hospitality.
Three bedrooms without standardisation
Suite Assi has a four-poster bed and its own bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower. Serena and Oussou share the guest bathroom; Oussou’s two hotel beds can remain separate or be joined.
Capacity is capped at six guests. It is not inflated with improvised sleeping arrangements: the proposal is prepared around the party’s real composition.
From the patio to the rooftop
The central patio gives the house its rhythm. In the rear courtyard, a private heated plunge pool with submerged seating accommodates up to six people. A landscaped pool shared by residents and their guests is also a few steps from the villa.
The rooftop includes a lounge, breakfast table, jacuzzi and tea corner. Massages and wellbeing treatments may be arranged there by advance reservation, subject to availability and at extra cost.
A precise booking, without vague promises
The rate depends on dates, length of stay and season. An enquiry does not hold dates automatically: availability, price, services, deposit, cancellation terms and options are confirmed in writing before payment.
